Tues, 5/31: I worked out today--did you?
I jogged 2 miles and then did a short upper-body stint in the weight room.

3. Yes. Here's what we did
we did a boxing workout. We put on the gloves and do our squats and lunges with our arms held out in front. Then some running holding our arms up above our heads. (those gloves get heavy). Then back into the gym to pummel the bags. We start up high (which really gets the shoulders) then move down the bag. Then we use our legs. That really gets me. We kick as high as possible on either side of the bag. I sweat like crazy after this part.
Then we pair off and do a sequence of jabs and uppercuts. And try not to hurt each other.

Busy all Memorial Day weekend, but managed to squeeze exercise in everyday.

Today I did CIA 9701 - a step workout.

6. I got in about 4500 steps.
The best I could do with today's schedule. But tomorrow will be different! :D
