Thurs, 5/26: I haven't worked out yet, but hope to--how about you?
I had to stay close to home this morning to get to the bank first thing. This meant that I didn't get to the office until it was time to punch in... so no time for the gym this morning.

Hopefully this afternoon I'll be able to pull something off.

1. Got up when the alarm went off, but my cramps were so bad I
took some meds & went back to bed for an hour with my heating pad.
I did do a little stretching when I did get up.

one of my best times....off of a personal best by 2 seconds...

worked up a good sweat....got the heart beating good...

5. I ate too much at lunch.
I think I totally negated my Power Hour workout from this morning. :-(

6. You can never negate a workout.
Even if you think the calories consumed cancel out the calories burned, the benefits to your cardio vascular system stay with you!
