aches and pains, anyone?
i'm still limping a little with a sore calf from 2 days ago, my first day of workouts. i'm gonna take some ibuprophen, and hope that it quiets down so i can work out later. got a day of physical labor ahead, tho, (grouting a floor. yuck. i love tile, but i hate grout.) so i won't be too hard on myself if i don't.

1. Sounds like DOMS to me
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, sets in either the next day or even the day after that. You must've worked it pretty well.

2. it doesn't take too much, i'm pretty out of shape
and i tried not to push too hard, but i did want to accomplish something. i have been grouting a floor all day, and i guess my back hurts enough that i have almost forgotten my leg. it feels better having been used a little. probably be fine tomorrow.
