New Death Cab For Cutie - Codes and Keys - is just excellent.
Less guitar, more keyboards, more subtlety/complexity...and happier words (now that Gibbard is married to Zooey Deschanel!). One for repeated listening - just like The National "High Violet" and Arcade Fire "The Suburbs" and Radiohead "King of Limbs" - my group of favorite music so far this year.

Oh yes - going to see Arcade Fire in Charlottesville VA next week!
