We have determined that a set of corrupt components in the system caused the disruptions. Tests of the newly-installed components indicate that they are functioning properly, and will be
fully functional by mid-January.

We recognize that these outages have caused you great inconveniences, and we sincerely apologize for them. We look forward to resuming full service and improving it in years to come.
