1. To make you laugh I say the funny thing first:

Now, seriously, that is, and I only use the word advisedly because of its rarity:

2. It's hard to find red leaves in the spring. I might have a good bird image
in my camera. I will know soon.

5. You know OF COURSE i was referring to the TWO photos in the contest involving red leaves...
I like the birds, especially the photo posted in the other post.
The cubist one is fun, the one here reminded me of one of mine. I like the b/w and the stark silhouettes against a very interesting sky.

I took that one of a bird that had come out of a hole in a giant, maybe 30 foot high, cactus, and he had cactus juice in his beak.
Can you see it?

6. You really caught the bird being a bird. The hint of gold is very nice.
Be ready for a deluge of red leafs. I will do my best to be monochrome.
