2. Actually, in my garage...

What you're seeing in the photo is the rear side window of my car, just pulled into the garage at the start of a rain shower, hence the drops of water but no larger amount that would have covered the entire window. The highly-distorted reflection in the glass beneath the raindrops is of the area across the street from our house. (I took the photo at a pretty steep angle to pick up that reflection instead of anything in the garage itself.)
