I relapsed. Ugh.

I started cutting again, after almost 11 months without doing it.

Is it possible that my meds (Lexapro) are giving me self-harm urges? I've had them really badly since my doctor upped my dose.

1. I always see unusual stuff that happens withing a month or so of any change

as possibly related. Have you asked your doc about it?

I love the winter, but I get the winter blues (aka SAD seasonal effective disorder)..
