I made myself manic last night and had a panic attack and am still awake
I realized a long time ago that if I let myself get upset at little things all through the day I might cause trouble for myself. Well it started with realizing that I paid about $150 for something I never used on the net, (reoccurring charges to my paypal account so it didn't show up on my bank account until all the money was used up in Paypal.

Then I let myself get all furious because I couldn't download a driver that I needed. And when I realized I had the CD I had to go through a big drawer full of crap to find it.

This may seem petty but a bi-polar person might understand.

Then it was problems with my printer, taking pictures with my shaking hands and on and on until I ended up in a big panic attack.

I feel like I was run over by a Mack Truck.

I had learned to slow down and not let that happen for a long time but I guess I just forgot and really went to town.

I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30 and I wish I could go now and come back and sleep.

Oh and I took all my medications. Sometimes they just don't work.
