I'm 5'7 - on the tall end of average, I suppose you might say.

I once shook JK's hand at a rally and was surprised at how tall he really is. I'm not used to having to look up so much. :) I shook John Edwards's hand on Friday at U of Michigan; I suspect he's a little bit shorter than me.

I've been this height since the 9th grade. I grew an inch between the 5th grade and the 9th. My feet seem to be still growing, though, unless there's some sort of shoe re-sizing conspiracy afoot.

I didn't factor that in. He certainly was easy to spot yesterday. Whome saw him in the background at the Church way before I did, as the sun was more in my way. Then I saw that silvery hair in the darkness back there and, oh, yeah, there is is.
