US Housing Policy and Rural Poverty
I'm just starting research for my master's paper (planning) due in August. I want to examine the effect of US housing policy of the last 50 years has had on rural poverty, and how it may affect rural poverty in the future under current patterns.

if anyone has any resources they could point out to me, I'd appreciate it!

1. F.O.R.G.E.
is a non-profit co-op that makes loans to rural businesses and now on housing. Perhaps checking them out would help.

2. They used to have special loans
for building homes in rural areas. I think it was through Dept of Agriculture.
They may still have it though I bet the money has dried up.

4. Those were renamed over ten years ago as "Rural Development Housing & Community Facilities Programs
Thus you may have better luck looking under that name then "Farmer's Home", through such programs are still called informally "Farmer's Home".
