We still remember the fiery speech Al Gore gave last January at Constitution Hall titled "Restoring the Rule of Law."

"It is imperative that respect for the rule of law be restored."

The Nation noted that Gore's aides were framing the speech as a "call to action in defense of the Bill of Rights and the rule of law."

Well, Al Gore will be speaking again about our Constitution this afternoon on KOOP radio down in Austin, Texas

The nation link quoted above is from 2006 so it may well be the MLK Day speech.

On another topic: Man, is this a tough week or what. Really struggling with supreme frustration and trying not to slide into depressed thinking about the election. My two possible candidates have left the building.
