1. Mothers with issues!
We got farmers. We got resilient immigrants. We got hardworking single parents. It's not all boxes of chocolates and bouquets of flowers this Mother's Day on TCM.

3. Not quite sure how Lady Hamilton got into the act!
I was intrigued though, because I'd never heard of this one, and I thought it was probably a silent. I looked it up on IMDb, and apparently it's a silent with some pretty awful songs tacked onto it. I'd be interested to see for myself if it ever comes here, but I won't hold my breath while I wait.

Personally, I always enjoy watching the Olivier/Leigh version - it takes great liberties with history, but those two were irresistible at that stage of their careers and lives.
