12. Not necessarily..
I made mashed potatoes tonight with chicken broth but I did add butter. But cream or Half and Half is better than milk.

9. I found this thread kind of late.
Have you eaten more mashed potatoes since your OP? Did you eat the entire two pounds just before posting, or did you just cross the cumulative two-pound boundary for your whole life?

10. Don't worry, you only missed our lame-ass troll.
Trying to visualize itself as something more than an arrogant, anti-progressive fuckwad.

Didn't work, obviously.

11. I love potatoes!
Now you've made me hungry for potatoes. I haven't had any since noon, when I had fries. I'm going to make a mountain of mashed potatoes and eat them all by myself, which won't be a problem, since my husband doesn't like potatoes. I love them, any way they're prepared. They're my favorite food in the whole, wide world! Yum!

13. I've had about that much in less than a week
Vacation- not really exercising and eating twice as much. And in Montana pretty much everywhere is meat and potatoes. This is why I don't eat out much. I know I should have the salad or beans and rice, but I pick the bacon cheeseburger 95% of the time. At home I'll make the beans and rice or salads. Oh well, a couple weeks a year probably isn't going to give me a coronary.
