Goodbye, Mr Bug

Starkraven and myself must say “GoodBye” to a close friend, family member, and fellow traveler. Mr Bug was six years old when he died too young.

Mr Bug came to us from the Humane Society in 2000. He had been abandoned by his mother at birth, and was cared for by the shelter and a surrogate momma kitty. He was six weeks old when he came home with us. He quickly became a part of us, and it is very hard to let him go.

Mr Bug has many friends in this forum, and I’m posting here to help say goodbye.

Mr. Bug was such an neat sounding cat and yes 6 is too young. Rest in Peace Bug and :hug:s to you and Starkraven. May you find yourselves smiling through your tears at your memories of a very cool cat. I'll never forget reading and seeing the pictures of hooping Bug. :hug:

11. Top photo is genius

I see the personality of Bug really come through in that photo. He enjoyed being a cat, climbing trees and feeling the breeze on his furry coat. His eyes are alert, looking for signs of movement in his kingdom. The photo is a wonderful tribute to the late great Mr. Bug.

I am so sorry he is no longer with us. He was a beautiful, beautiful boy. :cry: I enjoyed seeing his photos so much. He will be missed by many of us in the Pets/Photo group as well.

Such a young one. I am a firm believer that our critter babies watch over us when they pass over the rainbow bridge. I think this little guy is going to be particularly protective.

I am sorry for the loss of this beautiful cat. You had such a good relationship with him, he was so sweet-natured. I didn't even know him except from your photographs, but I share your loss.
