I just reported backyard breeders selling puppies to the police

In this town, where 70% of the dogs that go into the Humane Society never come out :cry: (and 91% of cats) :cry: :cry:... I am not very tolerant of such "home business" decisions. :grr:

they can be fined for selling without a license.

3. I just met two of those in my apt complex this weekend.

They had the trashiest apt I've ever seen and the animals they are breeding are in terrible shape.

I took a cat out of there that had an abscessed paw and took him to the vet to get a tube in it. I won't take the cat back to them. They wouldn't take care of him.

I can't report them though because the father of the pigstye-breeder, owns the giant multi-million dollar complex and I could get thrown out. Right now I'm harboring 10 cats. I need to find homes for 4 of them.
