A supervisor told me that we'd never foresee a time that PCs would be
axed.

However, we're moving forward into more virtualization, bandwidth redundancy, SAN, and web-based apps - all of which renders PCs obsolete.

So how come she's telling me the otherwise? (well, for now they want me to stay... but as the workplace environment is ran by people who want us to manage ourselves, and most of ourselves are vindictive aggressive snotty rotweillers (of all the people to complain, I've done so the least), I'm to the point where I will have to resign on the spot. And, yes, I've said that before.)
