If I DL windows XP home ed. util. set-up from MS site, can....
I just unzip it and do a re-install? I have a screwed up wifi-enabling file that shows up in a runtime error message. It is called: C:\Program Files\ANI\ANIWZCS2 Service\WZCSLDR2.exe
Im told a reinstall of op. system will solve my problem.
The setup file I have just saved to disc from MS site is is "Windows XP Home Edition Utility: Setup Disks for Floppy Boot Install"
Oh yeah, do I have to reload service packet 2, also? Thanks for any help.
2. It is a proprietary program but I have backed off from a re-install.
How can I seriously take advice from someone reading a script with no real sense of the problem? Bottom line -- spend more money on better hardware/software and you won't have to deal with such b.s. Actually, I think someone just posted their virus scan log on various virus detector sites and that is why that virus page keeps coming up. Thanks for response though. Happy computing.
