Outlook 2007 - Trying to Set up on New Computer
I am setting up Outlook 2007 on a new computer and have 2 questions:

1) Can you tell me how to backup and restore outlook contacts and files from my old computer?

2) Can you tell me how to set up a group of contacts that I frequently send emails to simultaneously? I did this on my old computer but can't remember how I did it any more.

Thanks for your help!

1. Try this...
Menu: File-> Import and Export...
Export to a file.
Select, Personal Folder File (.pst)
Select, Contacts.
Choose a file location for the .pst file.
Select, Finish

The .pst file can be imported in the same manner, except choose Import rather than Export in the second step.

For the Groups:
Select Contacts in the left navigation.
Menu: Actions-> New Distribution List...
Select the List members.
Give the List a Name.
Save & Close.
