Need help with Greasemonkey PLEASE

I have a problem I need some help with if anyone knows how to write script for Greasemonkey.

I need a user script to notify me when a CAPTCHA pops up on a page that I'm not on at the time it pops up (when I'm on another tab).

Can anyone help me?
