Merry Christmas oh ye baking folk!
Thanks for sharing all ye wit and culinary wisdom!

:hi: :toast:

Hope you are all having a lovely day! I just put in more chocolate chip bread (since my son inhales it, it never lasts long.) My husband made paella (w chicken, shrimp, and sweet sausage), and I made salmon for Christmas Eve dinner.) We also had cranberry apple pie and I made another batch of cranberry/white chocolate oatmeal cookies!

3. glad too- I always get great ideas.
Cool Yule to you and yours as well. Time to watch the Muppet Christmas Carol ( a tradition) and eat some chocolate chip bread, while drinking a Penn Brewery Nicholas bock.

5. I'm guessing this is not a very common event - south?
There's been snow on the ground here for more than a month- usually we don't get much until last Dec./early January.

Happy Holidays to you as well!
