I made my first risotto tonight
My right bicep is now 4 inches larger than my left.

If my wife (who a zephyr could pick up and blow away) with her skinny arms can do it, you can!

Actually, the trick to **really** good risotto - the kind one can **really** enjoy - is to convince someone else they're better at making it than you are. Then you watch as the ingredients go in, make sure all the proportions are right ..... and give them the privilege of doing the stirring.

I usually can get Sparkly to do it. But it costs me dearly. I have to do all the other cooking and then do all the pots after we're done.

Since we've been eating a lot more risotto these days, she let her health club membership lapse. :)

there's something relaxing to me about standing there and stirring it and watching it get all creamy.
