Anyone watch Bizarre Foods on the Travel Channel?
I freakin' love this show. Especially the scene with the raw sea cucumber innards.

I watch it with my 5-year old to expand his mind. He's too picky about food (reminds me of my younger self). I don't know if it's helping but he likes it, almost as much as he likes Good Eats.

1. oh yes, we always watch it while eating dinner
I really like it a lot. My favorite was the still-beating frog heart. Wow. (As he says.)

2. We think his sound guy needs to tone down the appalling
lip smacking and open mouth chewing noises....they are actually worse than that stuff he eats!

3. Zimmern's a nut! I like the show .....
..... hey, did you ever notice ..... his show and Bourdain's must take the same crew on the road and do their shows together. They always go to the same countries. The network shuffles up when they air the shows, but they're all the same. This dawned on me over the last month or so when they aired a shitload of episodes all at once.

4. Yes, I too catch that
show from time to time. I thought I was an adventurous eater, but I don't think I could eat many of the foods that Zimmern eats. He take adventurous eating to a higher level. ;)
