Happy food accident!

Couple of times this week for supper I've had tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on fresh bread. :9 :9

So I cut a little too much mozza the other night and put the extra piece in the little container with the basil nibs.

I just now pulled it out to munch for a late night snack and it's all infused with Basil flavor.

Basil-flavored mozzarella! :9 :9 :9 :9 :9

1. I need to get hubby on board with that meal

I make good bread, my basil is growing like a weed and I have 4 tomato plants getting bigger each day

and I might go ahead and throw some basil in the shredded moz before I make the next lasagna, sounds like a great idea
