I love my new improved Garlic Machine
My old one cracked after about 12 years of use so I went out and bought a new one. It holds more, leaves less behind, and has a built in cleaning blade. Much better then the older one. It is a great little garlic press for under $10.00.

1. This is new to me
I'm such an old purist, I just do it all by hand, with a Chinese cleaver.

But, tell me more, please. This looks really interesting.

Thanks.

2. It is a plastic cylinder with a screw press that
pushes the garlic through a sieve. There is a cap on it so you can fill it with garlic cloves and keep it in the refrigerator and use as needed. The new one has a plastic blade for cutting the garlic away from the sieve.

Live long enough, and you still see all these really neat things.

Thanks a lot!

4. Any kitchen supply or kitchen gadget store
should carry them. I picked mine up at Linen and Things.
