Off topic display of personal ignorance

I often see reference in posts to 'DH'. Contextually, it seems to refer to one's spouse or life partner. I cannot for thelife of me figure out what, specifically, the shorthand means.

I asked Sparkly and she's as clueless as me.

(I use DuH when Mr. Pcat is being particularly idiotic.... Not that that happens often, mind you, but we're all entitled to CRS days.)
