What did you eat today?

I just thought it would be interesting to see what all of my favorite veggies ate today! Don't worry if your menu isn't the healthiest for today either....we can't be perfect all the time!

OK, here's mine!

Breakfast:
Bowl of Grape Nuts cereal with soy milk and sliced bananas

Lunch:
Bean burrito

Dinner:
Brown rice with sauteed veggies and kiwi for dessert


Pretty boring day for me, meal wise! :D

1. Me:
Breakfast: nothing (two cups of coffee and cigarettes don't count)

Lunch: Morningstar Farms burger with veggie-cheese (neither are vegan, but I promise, I'm going full vegan once I run out of the vegetarian stuff)

Dinner: Kidney beans a la livinginphotographs (as posted in the recipe thread)

My midnight snack is consisting of several Miller High Lifes.

Actually, this was a pretty typical day for me, diet-wise.

For breakfast: Small Iced Soy Mocha

Lunch/Dinner: General Tso's Vegetarian Chicken with a Veg Spring Roll

Snack: Choco-poppers (little mini oreo-like cookies and vegan!)

3. The usual of
no breakfast but two expressos one when I got up one a couple hours late, I never have breakfast. Lunch was popcorn and before dinner a glass of wine, for dinner some mashed potatoes with garlic. I'm not a very healthy eating vegetarian. :o

At dawn: 2 cups of coffee w/Mocha Mix. A cup of green tea when I first get to work.

Breakfast: 2 oranges, everyday.

Lunch: veggie 'meat' tortilla wrap w/sprouts and a sprinkling of craisins, cashews and a vegan cream cheese spread (Toffutti brand mixed w/some Dickinson's Sweet 'n Hot Pepper & Onion relish). A side of wild rice/pearl barley with pomegranate seeds and toasted pine nuts.

Snack: two lavender lemon cookies.

Dinner: Small dish of Kung Pao Seitan and small dish of left over tofu/veggie sausage scramble.

Before bed: P&B shake. (Psyllium husks and Bentonite clay--yum!)

And most importantly, water--at least 10 glasses of water a day.

breakfast: sliced apple with cinnamon vegan french toast ala PETA cookbook

Lunch: leftover mashes potatoes, cherry tomatoes and celery.

Dinner: whole wheat spaghetti topped with marinara, follow your heart vegan gourmet mozzarella 'cheese' and whole wheat bread stix.

tonight: two nips of vegan vodka.
