I know its an op-ed by a cattle rancher :-/, but it gets into a lot of vital and facts about the vileness that is the factory farming of pigs-the kind of stuff that will be ignored by a certain kind of DUer if its from PETA, but will get more attention because its on the op-ed pages of the New York Times.
