GERD sufferers....ladies....what kind of bra is best for you?
As you probably know anything even mildly cinching around the mid chest area can bring on an attack or a lot of discomfort so what do you wear?

This is especially a problem in the summer with t shirts and all.

Thanks for any help!

1. Wear an oxford cloth shirt. It looks neat and tidy and you don't have to wear a mega bra. nt

2. It's that they are usually ill-fitting
not the style. You can wear underwire or not, wide straps or narrow, or even disappearing, front closure or back.

Most women are largely (heh) bigger than they think they are, and wear bras that are too small. We should all get fitted properly every so often by a lady who specializes in lingerie.

3. I had to stop wearing bras entirely
I wear an outer layer with some sort of non-clinging fabric, to hide the fact I'm not wearing one. :(

6. Thanks for the comments. I'm already looking ahead to summer and hot
weather! In the winter you can get by with anything under all the layers of clothes.

Its nice to be able to wear a vest over your top and then go braless but that doesn't work in the heat.

I remember last summer it was a daily problem.

A cami top doesn't give support and the ones with the built in bra are, usually, too skintight all over.

Hmmm...I'll have to do some more "googling" on this.

7. They do make adhesive cups
to wear with skimpier tops. They really are just cups that you place strategically over your breatss so that you are supported and that you don't show cold nipples. :D

Something like these, I'll probably try these this summer:
