Gale Harold In Critical Condition After Motorcycle Accident



Gale's publicist Nancy Seltzer tells the AP that he fractured his shoulder, and Marc Cherry, the creator and executive producer of Desperate Housewives says that Gale has swelling on the brain but expectations are that he will recover.

Details on the accident that put the former Queer As Folk star in the hospital are not available.

Cherry tells the AP that the actor was scheduled to work on Desperate Housewives yesterday and a scene will have to be re-written due to Gale's absence from the set. Beyond that, it is too early to speculate on how the show will proceed, Cherry says.
