15. Yes!
I have to check on my health insurance situation, but if that can be cleared up, I'm going to ask my partner to marry me as soon as she wakes up from her nap. Not that I haven't asked her to before, but now we actually CAN. :-D

21. Congratulations CA !!!!
I am so pleased for all of you. It is about damn time. The "we need an amendment" people will begin to fade away and lose influence (like here in MA) as people see the world doesn't end when they do the right thing.

Congratulations from the bottom of my heart.

48 to go!

25. Fucking A
I was actually reading the responses on the website that shall not be named. Not surprisingly, a good solid majority equated homosexuality with bestiality and pedophilia, there were a few violent threats, etc etc. But a small number of them are starting to get it, that we only wish to *expand* marriage so that we can take part in it. Nothing more, nothing less. I take this to be a good sign.

31. Don't you have to live in Mass..
to get married there? If I got that wrong then I guess its off to P-Town for a nice long weekend and a trip to the justice of the peace.
We live in NY, so our Canadian marriage is good till someone decides to overturn that little ruling from last Feb. Years ago we did the NYC domestic partnership. So whats one more anniversary to remember...

I've been on the verge of tears since I heard the news yesterday. This is such great news. Let's hope, no let's work to make sure that marriage is available to all citizens in America. This is a victory for all of us.
