2. Restrooms for "Colored" Were Considered "Equal", too
So was the balcony of the movie theatre in my town which was reserved for "colored"--it was considered "equal", also.

Gay marriage is a necessity for full equalty. This is a state decision, not a religous one--my church already sanctions gay marriage. Why then, should the state have an objection? It is a measure of equality for citizens who are guaranteed a right to pursuit of happiness.

Objection to gay marriage is prejudice, nothing more--straight people do not like to share the rights they feel they are fully entitled too--the "heir to the kingdom" mentality. Straight people are by and large unbelieveable selfish, and of course, inherently unfair on this issue.
