Ben Sheets! Felix Hernandez! -- 2007 Cy Young Award Winners!
Not bloody likely. In fact, while both are good pitchers, with the type of talent that could actually win the Cy Young someday, under the right circumstances, it's likely that no one will be talking about either one of them come July. So, I figure we should give them their due for two fine opening day pitching performances.

Sheets: Complete game, two-hitter victory over the Dodgers.

Hernandez: Eight shutout innings against the A's, with 12 Ks.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'm so happy to have baseball again!

1. the Brewers game was one hell of a time
my first opening day game...it was all hazy through the cloud of beer in my head but it was a great day nonetheless...
