I think this is the game that will make or break St. Tebow.
I've let it known from the day he was drafted---way to early in MHO---that I thought Tebow would make it in the NFL.

I've backed down a bit from that prediction after watching him play----because he looks a bit slow against NFL speed. AND---I can see he hasn't changed his throwing motion one bit.

No matter what you say about his scripture painted eyes, he can ball and definitely brings an energy to the field.

BUT---is that enough?

He simply doesn't have the escapability and speed of a Michael Vick and the accuracy of a top tier quarterback.

Look at the top 5 QB's in the league. Accuracy and the ability to function in the pocket.

If Tebow thinks he can flee the pocket and run like a Vick, he'll get crushed and most likely injured.

If he thinks he can sit in the pocket and throw from the ground up with his motion, ---well good luck with that.

As mentioned in the title.....this game will give us a big clue on his future.

1. Perhaps...but more likely next week against the Lions....
The Dolphins may very well have "packed the van" emotionally for the year. It remains to be seen what kind of an effort will be on display this Sunday from them. Personally, I'd take the Broncos by 10-12 pts. in this one, even if Orton was still at the helm for Denver.

The real test for Tebow will be Detroit, a highly motivated defense who will do anything not to be shown up by the Tebow publicity circus, and who have the talent to back that up.

2. Physicality is one aspect

The mental decisions are more important IMO, and those develop through experience. I'm not expecting miracles (no pun intended), but if we see sound decision-making that may be clue enough.

3. Trumad - I'm headed to Miami later today for the game tomorrow. You KNOW what's going to happen.
He's going to run for 125 yards and throw for 325 - score 3 running touchdowns - throw for three more - no turnovers and he'll even throw a devastating block to free someone up to run into the endzone.

I see this coming.

And it will doom the Broncos for years to come as he never again has a day like he is going to have tomorrow.
It's perfect.

4. Well, what will happen is Denver will toil in obscurity with St. Tebow as QB, then
win two straight Super Bowls after 13 years of St. Tebow as their savior!!

:D

5. Good. And you know what?
Another Cowboy fan.
You fuckers are like Laker fans.
You're everywhere.

Having lived in Dallas from 86 until 91, and being present for the Tom Landry-Jerry Jones-Jimmy Johnson circus, and the infamous double digit loss first season with Troy Aikman, I moved to Kansas City and I watched them win multiple Super Bowls.
They were awesome.

Then Troy finally took his last big hit and it was over.
Right now?
To me, the Cowboys are like Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Famous name.
Can't win shit.

So, were kinda in the same boat.

6. Question for you. Why is Alan Grayson going to fuck my shit up??
Because my cat has a lemon hat or my shit stinks?? :wtf:

The last I checked, Grayson was from Florida, so he is probably not a Broncos fan.
