Anonymous sources within the Broncos organization and the NFL say Tebow requested, and the Commissioner will allow the first three digit uniform number in the history of the NFL. It's also been learned that the commissioner will allow a player to wear grammatical punctuation on his uniform for the first time.

On Sunday, when Tebow takes the field, he will be wearing 3:16 as his uniform number.
