There just wouldn't be enough provisional ballots ot overcome the expected Bush lead in regulalt votes. They made no mention of absentee ballots.

EDIT: Sorry, this is in Ohio

3. yeah, but for the third time, I remind you that CBS had a constitutional
lawyer, J Turley on, who said there are tons of 'soft target' issues to litigate in Ohio and that it's not just the provisional ballots at issue.

4. If CBS in fact said that, they're wrong.
The difference between Bush and Kerry in Ohio is 144,215 votes. I'm hearing numbers of at least 150,000 provisional ballots -- most of which would in fact be in Kerry's favor.

5. How do we know that 150,000 will go to kerry?
No offense but I am just wondering if they came from Dem counties or what areas they are from...
