It has been an unusual day for me by any measure. And with Round One of the "Ballot Battle of Independence" now over, I wish to answer all of the questions which arose in this thread

where today's bizarre events were first reported by Proud2Blib.

And I wish to express my profound thanks both to Proud and to kiteinthewind for covering this ground (and my backside) while I was... umm... otherwise occupied. ;-) Brave, true, loyal friends are absolutely necessary to fight and win against the Electoral Sith Lords. And these two as good as they come.

If my tale was essay for my High School English teacher, it might well be called "While casting a vote, I was cast into jail" or "Electoral Judge, Jury and Executioners". While it matters little what it is called, it matters very greatly what happened. So I will now go to Proud2Blib's origin OP (URL above) and tell the tale where a number of very pertinent questions have already been brought up.

3. Legal Fighter

OK. You need to take Gene Zimmerman's Legal Seminar as he
deliberately does this all the time when constitutional or
personal freedom violations are imposed on the individual. I
took it last April 07 in Ava MO and it was a WOW! He does 10
hour days for 2 weeks for $500 and will go anywhere in the US
if at least 10 people are registered, so you see he is not
making money but looking for serious people willing to do
this. He said that if he had 12 people working full time at
this in every state we could turn around the justice system in
2 years. Your first clue was the look of puzzlement you got at
the police station. Usually we get one of fury. 

I am presently going through a second go-around over my back
yard garden in Seymour MO, a neon red town. I got autobanned
at dailykos by majorflaw and his troll troops for pushing this
legal seminar. But acting as you did is the only way. You now
also have the option of suing them for $ for violating your
rights and he tells how to do this in his seminar. 

When he is pulled over and they ask to see his license he has
his window rolled up, gets out his license and holds it
against the window on the inside. When they yell let me see
your license, he says which part of it do you want to see and
he turns it over. At that point they call for backup and away
he goes to the police station. They don't keep him long and he
doesn't pay bail. He is 75 and does this and teaches how to do
it. Also how to protect your property. Avoid losing your home
to foreclosure. And so many other things I need to take it
again and again which I can do for free.

It's been a while! But always a pleasure.

I'm tossing this one out before crawling off to bed for an ever-so-long sleep! If old chest bump Roy is a day over seventy, I'll eat his hat. I would put his age at 65, tops. Possibly younger.

The question that hasn't been asked, as a basis for comparison, by some folks like "Kire", is this. "How old is galloglas"?? And, for the record, galloglas turns 63 on 8-15!

So, if "chest bump Roy" is older than I, it is by but a few scant months, I think.

And, regarding Charlene, your guess is dead on the money. I will have an update tomorrow which illustrates Charlene's truth-challenged state of being.

But, if my case does go to court on 9-11, at 8:30 AM, as it is now witness to testify who will show that the verb "fibbin", as applied to Charlene, is fluid enough to be multiplied to the power of... ohhh... say about a Googleplex.:popcorn:
