the VCC has a PO Box to receive checks but we aren't set up for online contributions

6. My reading of the rules

is that asking for funds for organizations that aren't anti-Democrat is ok:
"Do not use our message board for personal fundraising, for-profit advertising, or selling products or services, except in the specially-designated 'DU Marketplace' forum."

So while you can't ask for money for your book, you can ask for money for the organizations you work for. Do you agree, reading the above? I checked to see if I needed approval for this three-part poll, and decided it didn't sound like I did.
