Packed church in TN for viewing of Uncounted
Edited on Sun Dec-09-07 06:27 AM by Stevepol
The film is great and should be passed around to others and viewed en masse. This is something Unitarians should really go for. Every problem is really a great opportunity. That's how we might see the voting mess in the US right now in fact: as a great opportunity.

VOTERS CONCERNED ABOUT ELECTRONIC BALLOTS FLOCK TO UNCOUNTED SCREENING
By Christine Anne Piesyk | December 8, 2007

The Clarksville screening of UnCounted, a film targeting issues in electronic voting, drew fifty people to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Friday evening, filling the screening room to capacity for this special event. The film’s producer, Patricia Earnhardt, and activist Bernie Ellis, addressed the group and fielded questions about the film and the increasing controversy over the accuracy and security of electronic voting machines.

Producers describe UnCounted as “an explosive documentary that shows how the election fraud that changed the outcome of the 2004 election led to even greater fraud in 2006 — and now looms as an unbridled threat to the outcome of the 2008 election. This controversial film examines…how easy it is to change election outcomes and undermine election integrity…”

5. Stevepol, thanks for the OP. It was a great night in Clarksville, home of Ft. Campbell Army Base

The Clarksvilleonline story was excellent. We look forward to doing lots of nights like this one, sharing the film with folks and then giving them specific actions to take. We'll see just how far this goes.

We are planning at least 6-10 other public showings of the film in the Nashville area in the next two months, as well as working on showings in other parts of the state.

This film could change our state (and your state). This film could help save our democracy.

9. Yea Bernie!!!
Bernie Ellis has been a great supporter of UNCOUNTED from the beginning of our journey nearly three years ago. He is a warrior - and he's moving UNCOUNTED across the state of Tennessee to bring attention to our state laws that allow paper electronic voting machines.

We also start screening our film in theaters and other venues across the country, beginning in January. So far, in the one short month since our DVD's release, people from more than 35+ states and 10 countries have bought our film on DVD. If you want to do the same (and sorry for shameless promotion - but I really want people to see this film), you can go to www.UncountedTheMovie.com

Go Bernie go!!!
