Didja see what Arnebeck had to say?
"The extent of the destruction of records is consistent with the covering up of the fraud that we believe occurred in the presidential election," said Cliff Arnebeck, a Columbus attorney representing the King Lincoln Bronzeville Neighborhood Association, which filed voter suppression suit. "We're in the process of addressing where to go from here with the Ohio Attorney General's office."
"On the one hand, people will now say you can't prove the fraud," he said, "but the rule of law says that when evidence is destroyed it creates a presumption that the people who destroyed evidence did so because it would have proved the contention of the other side."
Later in the article it gave all these really bad explanations why records were destroyed, all of them amounting to "the dog ate my homework". :grr: And it mentions the story about Warren County being under a terror threat, too. Hardly a day does by that I don't think of that.
From the Cincy Enquirer a week after the stolen election:
Warren Co. defends lockdown decisionOfficials at the FBI, which oversees anti-terrorism activities in southern Ohio, said they received no information about a terror threat in Warren County.
"The FBI did not notify anyone in Warren County of any specific terrorist threat to Warren County before Election Day," FBI spokesman Michael Brooks said.
A spokeswoman for Ohio's top homeland security official, Public Safety Director Ken Morckel, knew of no heightened terror warning for either Warren County or any other Greater Cincinnati community on election night.
THIS IS CRAZY! I hope Arnebeck turns up the heat a little more.
