We, the following people of this republican democracy of the United States of America, do not give our consent to any laws and provisions which deny or abridge our right to vote on an equal basis in a free election of our government officials; specifically as protected by our Fifteenth, Nineteenth, Twenty-Fourth, and Twenty-Sixth Amendments to the Constitution; but also to include ANY voter disenfranchisement, ANY election process which does not inspire confidence and offer proof of its validity, and ANY unresolved grievances with the election process from which the laws and provisions must derive their authority. NO executive decision, NO legislative act, and NO judiciary ruling shall be recognized as coming from a place of power with the consent of the governed, if those officials have not been appointed as a result of an election process free of such laws and provisions.
