looking for volunteers in los angeles to observe election tallies tuesday

I don't know if this is posted in the correct place. Judy Alter and a group of us are looking for more volunteers for next tuesday night starting at 7:30PM all over los angeles county. We will be watching the vote tallies (counting) in 16 precincts, already chosen. We are citizen observers. If interested, please get in touch with me.

We will not have a parallel election next week because we could not get enough volunteers. (shameful)
But we will be looking for help for a parallel election (citizen's exit poll) in november.

1. Use the county's 2004 poll worker list for recruits.

If you can get a record request in time, ask the county for the list of 2004 poll worker volunteers and the list from this year. Compare the lists and contact those who weren't hired for the primaries.
