6. Not from the GOP standpoint-do you think they want to turn over power and

allow investigations with subpoena power? They just keep on saying "there are 2 Dems and 2 R's at every BOE so it's got to be fair" and only a few activists complain. We need the full thrust of the Dem Party to stand up for our votes! If the Dems would cream this-IT WOULD GET FULLY COVERED! GOTV efforts alone are NOT enough!

I have no idea how I got onto his emailing list but I just received:

Dear Ken Blackwell supporter,

The May 2nd primary is less than 5 weeks away. I have three quick questions for you. Please respond as soon as possible.

1. Have you been personally contacted by phone or email by the Blackwell campaign? (Not counting the official emails that go statewide from the campaign.)
2. Are you still willing to volunteer to help Ken be elected Governor? (Make phone calls, or distribute information, or email your friends.)
3. Do you consider yourself a "Pro-Family" voter? (Meaning that the pro-life, or pro-marriage positions are very important to you personally.)

We really need your help in these last few weeks. The latest polls show Ken Blackwell up 10-12 points. But if we don't get our people to vote, Jim Petro wins.

Again, please respond to this email as soon as possible. I am very interested in your answers to the three questions above, whether positive or negative. Thanks!

I have no idea why, either. I think I sent his office a piece of mind letter after the 2004 election, and in no uncertain terms told his office what I thought of him. Why would I be getting this? Do you suppose they used the wrong database for mass e-mails?
