VVPB audit question- tallies dont match, what is the remedy?
Some states like NJ and Vermont have a VVPB law- but have no mandatory audit law-- I have a chance to help write the Audit bill in NJ--

1. Look to California - paper recount result is the result, mandatory 3%
of precincts - randomly chosen - are audited.

I may have the 3% wrong - but you get the idea.

Check out www.NCVoter.net - information on S223 bill for Voter Confidence. Good piece of legislation, but we're having trouble protecting it.
