What real action is currently being taken?

There are a variety of posts about changes being made in how provisional ballots are counted, etc. What action is being taken (facts only please). Is anyone contesting the decision to change how provisional ballots are being accepted/rejected? Has the green party actually come out and demanded the recount? Is the recount in New Hampshire going to happen? etc. It's so easy to get caught up in talking about what people are saying that they are going to do. What is REALLY happening out there? (as opposed to what is wishful thinking)

1. A lot of stuff.

- Nader has asked for the NH recount. (Press conf yesterday)
- Cobb has said he WILL ask for the OH recount. (Pacifica radio)
- Kerry has sent lawyers to OH. (AP)

Olbermann on MSNBC (search "Bloggerman" to get his blog) is following the other stories closely. There are a lot of them.

Was the recount accepted in NH? His press conference wasn't covered in the media, btw...the Peterson jurors were much more important (sarcasm)

Has Cobb actually asked for the recount or is he still just saying he will? When is he supposed to ask?

Have Kerry's lawyers filed any papers?

I'd love to see a thread dedicated purely to what IS being done as opposed to what people are saying that they will do...
