The political analyst talking with Keith was a goof ball. He thinks there wouldn't be enough votes even with the mistakes, and he thinks fraud is unlikely because the counties are independent and it's hard to get them together in a meeting, much like a bunch of cats. Keith did say a cat could program these voting machines....how funny.
