If Bev has evidence of fraud in a national election, why no federal suit?
After all, the fed got involved in 2000 in a state recount action.

1. no federal level laws, so no federal suit
GAO has a "study" law - and that has been triggered.

FBI is involved in "inter-state" VOTING conspiracy in Florida (like we can trust the FBI - given their documented non-performance in Florida in 2000 - to do anything that upsets the GOP).
