Washington Clarkies . . . Wes in Seattle pics 08/19/04
Clark attended several veteran oriented campaign events with Patty Murray and later greeted supporters at Murray campaign headquarters.
He gave a short speech about Iraq and reminded us that those who raised questions about the war were right all along.

1. Thank you.
I'm jealous, I wish he would come back to Colorado.

Those are some really nice pictures.

3. Sure . . .
I got to chat with him for a minute. I thanked him for getting into the race and answering the call even though he may not have wanted to. He responded that his job was to do what was required whether that be running in the primaries or serving as President. Now he wants to spend his time electing Democrats. He also referred to the United States being at a tipping point in history. The General is very sincere and I believe more than ever he would have made a great President.

4. I hope you will make another post
on this event, either in GD or else in GD2004, and give a more detailed description of it. I know there are lots of people who would like to hear more about what Wes has been up to.

I agree he would have made an incredible President. He seems to understand more than anyone else in the party what the real stakes are in this election.

Thanks again for the post and the link to the pictures.

7. Thanks for the pics!
Great pictures, thanks! It's a shame he was not the choice for VP.
