1. Wow!
I'd like to know where those were taken. The only bright side I can find to this is that it is a good time to clean up the trash and build new docks while the water is down. So sad!

2. To me it looks like
photos from all over Texas, but quite a few are from Lake Travis area, just west of Austin proper.

3. I think you are right about the Travis Lake area
I'm not sure where all of them were taken but that does sound right. Looks very similar.

We can talk all we want about the terrible drought that’s gripping Texas. Worst-ever single-year drought. Nearly 88 percent of the state in the worst category of drought. More than 900 communities, and counting, under water restrictions. More than $5 billion, and counting, in agriculture losses.


Very sad and depressing. We are dying of thirst. :cry:
