Edited on Sat Jan-22-11 12:19 PM by white cloud
Draft Dodging Criminals getting passed the poaching laws again.:evilfrown:

Andy Alban in South Dakota's Department of Game, Fish and Parks said officials determined that Nugent's license revocation in California for deer hunting didn't disqualify him from getting a license to hunt pheasants.

1. Laws never apply to the wing nuts
And what is worse is that it's usually Dems that let them off easy too.

Nugent is just a criminal - period.

Nugent will have to pay for his bad karma one day.

2. I would like to know if this pedophile was able to
Edited on Sat Jan-22-11 12:48 PM by white cloud
If he was able to buy a Texas Hunting License since Texas signed on to the Reciprocal Game Law agreement with other state.

It would be a violation of the Recip. agreement??

3. Maybe. Much like the afterlife, karma, as it stands, is a theory.
It makes more sense to extract some kind of punishment in the here and now. THEN, if karma does exist, let it adjust for any punishment already meted out.

4. I agree - would rather he got punished for his crimes here
But when prosecutors decide what crimes to indict on, usually celebrity types get off easy.

So the one way to deal with it is believe that one day he will get his. In this life or the next or just even upon death if there is no afterlife.
